Client has older home in downtown. Fireplace wall protrudes out from back wall about 8” and was painted completely white as was the original brick surrounding the opening of the fireplace. Client wanted something unique so I suggested faux painting of marble of the protruding wall. At a later date the client decides that she wanted the brick to be painted the same as the existing hearth. This was accomplished and a warm individual room unlike any other in the area was created.
