Room of 11 year old girl. I had shown her pictures from a fantasy book and she liked the rising phoenix and the floating temple. I came up with the idea of creating a complete day in the entire room. Upon entering the room, you would see the sunset on the small wall. Proceeding around the room it goes from evening to night where the bird is rising then to the sunrise to daylight and then again to sunset. The client also wanted a willow tree and waterfall. So I decided to add the river bed around the entire room starting with the waterfall behind the door and ending up in the night time lake. As a final touch, I added glow-in-the-dark paint to the waterfalls and the entire phoenix fire bird. I also added sparkle paint so that the bird, stars and waterfalls would sparkle during the day. We added glow in the dark press on stars to complete the fantasy room. This room can be visited by appointment or you can speak with the client as a reference.
